Originally from Rochester, New York, I moved to the Finger Lakes in 2016 and instantly fell in love with its natural beauty, rich history, and welcoming community. Determined to plant roots in the region, I purchased my first home in 2019. To finance the much-needed renovations of my mid-1800s fixer-upper, I turned to Airbnb, converting my property into a short-term rental while living in a camper at Smith Park on Seneca Lake in Hector, New York.

 

​What began as a practical solution soon turned into a passion. By the time I completed the first major phase of my renovation—installing a new roof, windows, and siding as well as updating the bathroom— I realized how much I loved the process of designing spaces, hosting guests, and optimizing properties for both homeowners and visitors. In 2023, Finger Lakes Vacation Care was born with a dedication to responsible vacation rental management- ensuring the best experience for both homeowners and the local community.

Today, I specialize in managing properties that double as their owners’ homes, ensuring spaces are maximized without displacing locals. I am a passionate advocate for the Finger Lakes community, dedicated to preserving the region’s historical integrity while helping homeowners make the most of their investments. Whether it's managing a primary residence, a second home, or a cherished family property, my approach is always thoughtful, sustainable, and community-driven.
